Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 nos bread pieces


  • 4 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp musturd seeds


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil for tempering


  • 1 tbsp oil for frying tikkis


  • 2 tsp butter

Directions

  • Boil potato
  • Mash them
  • Add salt and other ingredients
  • Cut the breads in round shape with the help of a katori
  • Roast the bread with butter on one side
  • On other side press tikkis like of mashed potato
  • Fry in oil on that side till tikki is nicely fried
  • For tempering heat oil crackle cumin seeds
  • Transfer it to curd
  • Now for assembling pour curd as per taste little tomato sause
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
